Accordance with the "Several Opinions of the State Council on solving the housing difficulties of urban low-income families" (Guo Fa [2007] No. 24) and the "lowest-income families in Urumqi rent housing management approach", "Urumqi affordable housing management", "Urumqi City public rental housing management approach ", combined with the city's urban and rural low standard and 2013 annual per capita disposable income of urban residents actually, now the city's 2014 annual revenue of affordable housing and housing eligibility criteria, eligibility criteria announced as follows:
First, the 2014 annual per capita monthly income of low-rent housing to apply a standard of 720 yuan (including 720 yuan).
Second, the 2014 annual per capita monthly income of affordable housing to apply a standard of 1730 yuan (including 1730 yuan).
Third, public rental housing per capita monthly income eligibility criteria below $ 2014 for the year 1730 (including 1730 yuan).
Fourth, the per capita housing area to apply the same standard, low-rent housing, affordable housing, public rental housing standards as per 13 square meters or less (including 13 square meters).
This standard is effective from 1 July 2014.
