Windows下ip地址无法解析，使用ipconfig /registerdns可以恢复正常

命令如下：

ipconfig /registerdns

Refreshes all DHCP leases and re-registers DNS names

 重新刷新所有DHCP租期并重新注册DNS名字 运行命令的输出如下：  

 Windows IP Configuration Registration of the DNS resource records for all adapters of this computer has been initiated. Any errors will be reported in the Event Viewer in 15 minutes.. 

 这台电脑的所有适配器的DNS资源记录都已启动注册。15分钟内的任何错误都将被记录到事件查看器。
